Product Maintenance
1. When replacing the ring die, squeeze out the original feed with non-corrosive oil;
2. Regularly check the inner surface of the ring die for local projections and check whether the die hole guide opening is worn flat, sealed, or turned inward; If there is, use an angle grinder or other tools to smooth out the protruding parts on the inner surface of the working ring die, and then chamfer the guide opening;
3. If most of the die holes are blocked by the material and no material comes out, the material can be softened by soaking in oil or steaming with oil and then re-granulating;
4. If the material is still not granulated, it can be drilled out with an electric drill and then ground with oily material and fine sand.
