● This structure of pellet machine adopts a large module hardened helical gear reducer, the main shaft is strengthened, the power output is strong, the equipment is stable in use, the failure rate is low, and the production cost is low;

● High degree of automation, no need for special personnel to take care of;

● During the startup process of the equipment, the feeding speed can be adjusted automatically according to the operating current of the equipment, which increases the output and saves labor and electricity costs. This avoids problems such as equipment stuffiness due to too fast material feeding;

● Independent lubrication, pressure roller bearing: it can be refueled once per shift and can work continuously for 12 hours. It can also be equipped with a fully automatic oiler; spindle lubrication: equipped with an independent lubrication system. While reducing the temperature of the spindle, it also plays the role of sufficient lubrication;

● Gear reduction box transmission: The whole machine adopts parallel axis helical gear transmission, three-stage reduction, and good gearing. The reduction box uses helical gears with hard tooth surfaces. The tooth surface is widened, the module is increased, and the gear overlap is large, which reduces the load of each pair of gears, improves the load-bearing capacity of the gears, and is 5-10 times stronger than traditional reduction gearboxes;

●The lubricating oil of the reduction box adopts a bypass water cooling system device to avoid excessive oil temperature and greatly enhance the service life of the internal gears.
