Founded in 2006, Liyang Hongyang Feed Machinery Co., Ltd. is specialized in ring die, flat die manufacturing, it has rich expereince and advanced techonology in manufacturing dies for poultry feed, fish feed, shrimp feed, cat litter pellets, cattle feed, wooden pellet, fertilizer pellet and etc. We choose good quality raw material for our dies, which is same as European material, with automatic drilling machines and advanced technology, dies working life is increased.
We manufacture all kinds of ring dies and roller shells for different kinds of pellet press, such as CPM, OGM, FAMSUN, ZHENGCHANG (SZLH), Buhler, Van Aarsen, UMT, Andritz, PTN, etc. All of the feed processing machinery spare parts are also provided.
With strict quality control management, we have one good and strong team from the design and raw material checking to processing, heat treatment and packing, enabling us to maintain consistent output and excellent quality control.
HONGYANG manufactures all type of dies and roller shells with high standard production procedures, dies and rollers are manufactured from special, high quality steel, and all materials are analyzed before the process. In order to guarantee the die hole quality and die working life, all of the dies are processed with Full-automatic CNC gun drilling machine processing, and the drilling bits we use are also imported from Germany to give a high quality finish and optimal performance.
Now we have sold our dies not only to the domestic market but also to other countries, such as Vietnam, Philippines, Russia, Indonesia,Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Syria, Iran, Egypt, Oman, Senegal, etc.
